Digital twins for a circular bioeconomy. We led WP4 on system requirements and delivered the digital-twin platform, traceability and data integration across the meat and fruit value chains. A €5.26 M project with €4.05 M of EU funding across 13 organisations in 8 countries. This is the technology base later industrialised as Boostainability.

StelvioTech leads the Traceability and Transparency module and matures the platform to TRL 8. A blockchain-backed digital-twin layer that brings IoT, AI and ESG data into one verifiable record.
